I generally only do weddings / vow renewals for members of the ministry. Any ceremony performed for non-members must abide by the following terms:

Ceremony Type

All ceremonies I perform must be Christian in nature. I will not perform secular ceremonies under any circumstances whatsoever. I will not perform ceremonies that go against my faith and beliefs of the ministry. The ministries beliefs may be found here.

Ceremonies may be traditional or custom. I will discuss the various traditional ceremonies available if you opt for traditional. Custom ceremonies must be within guidelines of the Christian faith. I will not perform custom ceremonies for interfaith marriages. 

Price/Payment

The local (Putnam County, FL) fee is $100 plus expenses. Each county outside Putnam, is an additional $100. For example:

• Alachua, Marion, Clay, Bradford, St John’s, Volusia, Flagler Counties are $200 plus expenses.
• Duval, Baker, Levy, Citrus, Sumter, Lake, Seminole Counties are $300 plus expenses
• And so forth.

The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, in part or in whole. Parties over 250 persons, will be charged an additional $50.

The ceremony itself is the fee. In addition to the fee is any and all travel expenses. The further the distance, the higher the cost will be. 

• Travel expenses include, but are not limited to, gas, food, lodging (if distance requires)
• All expenses will be calculated and must be paid in full in advance
• If venue, pre-determined in-person meets, or any other details change, an additional cost may be added and must be paid within 48hrs of adjustment

If ceremony is not paid in full, or any adjustments are not paid, I will not perform the ceremony.

There are absolutely NO refunds. Should I decide not to perform the ceremony for any reason whatsoever, or you decide to hire another officiant for any reason whatsoever or cancel the ceremony, you will not be refunded any funds. All payments are final.

You may pay the fee with PayPal, GPay, Debit/Credit Card, or Cash. You may pay in person or via invoice sent to your email.

My Rights

I reserve the right to deny any ceremony for any reason whatsoever or no reason at all. In the event of a denied ceremony, you agree not to attempt a charge back, or any other action, on any costs you may have paid; you agree not to bring libelous and/or false accusations towards myself or the ministry for denial of ceremony.

You agree to notify me 72hrs in advance of any venue changes, meeting changes, etc.

Your Rights 

You have the right to choose another officiant at any time if you feel we’re not a fit.

You will be notified about any price adjustments due to any changes and will have 48hrs to pay any increase or choose to hire someone else.

Reconfirmation. It is REQUIRED that you make contact 1-2 weeks prior to the ceremony to reconfirm start times and content of the ceremony. This may be done via phone or email.

Schedule And Overtime.  By submitting the above form and paying in full all fees,  clients agree that the ceremony will begin at specified time. Clients understand, and agree, that they may be charged $20 per every 15min that the start of the ceremony is delayed past the scheduled time. I shall not be required to stay any longer than 30min past the scheduled start time. It is entirely within my discretion whether to stay longer. Any and all over time fees must be paid before I leave the venue. Any overtime fees not paid before my departure with incur a $15 Late Fee for every 7 days days payment is late.

Changes.

Venue. You agree to notify me of any venue change no less than 30 days in advance. Cost of venue change is $50 plus additional travel expenses.

Meetings. I must be notified of any in person meetups beyond what was scheduled at least 4 days in advance. Each in person meetup beyond what was scheduled will be an additional $50.

All other changes may see an additional $50 charge each at my sole discretion.

Gratuity. Gratuity is optional and left to clients discretion, but is greatly appreciated.

Safety.  IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT IS PROVIDED. Clients are responsible for restraining all pets from ceremony area. Drunken and unruly wedding party members and/or guests are to be kept away from me. If at any time I feel unsafe or threatened in any manner, I will leave regardless if service is completed or not.

Venue Restrictions. I am not responsible for dealing with any venue restructions.  I am not responsible for any adverse impact on the ceremony as a result of such restrictions.

Sound. I am not responsible for any sound or music services. Clients must arrange separately for any such sound services with the venue or third-party company.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. CLIENTS AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, BREACH OR DAMAGE BY REASON OF ANY ACT OR OMISSION. CLIENTS AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS FOR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MENTAL ANGUISH, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFIT, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, LOST REVENUES, REPLACEMENT COSTS, COMPENSATORY DAMAGES AND/OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE AND/OR ARISING FROM ANY NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY PERSON.

INDEMNITY. CLIENTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS MYSELF AND THE MINISTRY, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS AND/OR MANAGERS FOR ANY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LIABILITY, CLAIM OR OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ACTIONS OF CLIENTS OR CLIENTS’ GUESTS.

FORCE MAJEURE. NO PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIABLE IN DAMAGES OR HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY DELAY OR DEFAULT IN PERFORMING HEREUNDER IF SUCH DELAY OR DEFAULT IS CAUSED BY CONDITIONS BEYOND ITS CONTROL INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACTS OF GOD (SUCH AS NATURAL DISASTERS), FIRE, GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS (INCLUDING THE DENIAL OR CANCELLATION OF ANY EXPORT OR OTHER NECESSARY LICENSE), WARS, INSURRECTIONS AND/OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE PARTY WHOSE PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED.

IMAGE RELEASE. CLIENTS AGREE THAT I, AND/OR THE MINISTRY, MAY USE ANY IMAGES AND STORIES FROM THE CEREMONY FOR ANY MEANS OF PROMOTION OF MY SERVICES, INCLUDING ADVERTISING AND DISPLAY ON WEBSITES OR BLOGS, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED BY CLIENT. CLIENTS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PAYMENT, ROYALTIES OR ANY OTHER CONSIDERATION FOR THE USE OF THE IMAGES OR STORIES.

Acceptance Of Terms

By submitting the above form, you are stating that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.

Should I accept your ceremony, and you make payment, you are stating through your payment that you agree to the non-refundable total; and accept that there may be additional charges accrued before or during the day of the ceremony.

GOVERNING LAW. THE VALIDITY, CONSTRUCTION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED IN ALL RESPECTS BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
