Help Support (Online) Ministry

When this ministry first started 2011, it’s what I did full-time. I feel I was called to ministry and very much enjoyed the research, meeting new people, and helping others understand or come to the faith. Over the years this ministry has helped me grow just as much as it helped you all grow. I will always enjoy ministry work.

It started out small and rapidly grew to a size even I couldn’t believe. With fellowshippers all around the globe and several branches blanketing Kenya and invitations to India, Romania, and other nations. Throughout this process I established a very simple point: God’s word is free. I did not enter ministry as an income based endeavor, but because I was called into ministry. I’m not going to put a “gate” up forcing payment to view the ministries sites nor will I demand tithes locally. There are other ways people can help ministry, especially locally and in poorer areas (ie: businesses and individuals could share their services with the ministry).

However, due to this, and the popular belief (particularly in the US) that ministries and churches are all subsidized in one form or the other, I’ve had to take up other lines of work to pay the bills. Full-time ministry and church staff in most ministries and churches are paid out of the churches or ministries income, especially 508c1a’s; which is what this ministry is. To help support the ministry, the ministry sells Christian items. But the larger portion is covered by me.

As I began venturing into other work to help keep bills paid and this ministry alive and well, people began to take notice as weekly blog posts, videos, and podcasts are no longer weekly. The ministry continues to receive emails and phone calls asking that such services/features continue. I’d love to start these weekly again. However, to do so requires time. Believe it or not, sermons take 30+hrs to put together on average. It takes time to research the topic and take notes, organize the notes, and then turn said notes into a sermon (or in the case of this site, a blog post, video, and podcast). It then takes time to upload content to the various channels so it’s viewable.

In order for this to be able to return to a weekly schedule, enough donations need to come in to cover cost of the bills to keep the ministry going so time is permitted to continue to upload content to the ministries sites, and to again be available 24/7 for ministry related phone calls and emails. This donation doesn’t need to be large either. A donation of just $1-5 per month would be enough to keep a weekly schedule with fresh content uploading to these sites as a blog post, video, podcast episode, or combination thereof.

Your donation of just $1-5/mo would allow for:

  • Weekly Blog Posts
  • Weekly Podcast Episodes
  • Weekly Videos
  • Funding of the various ministry programs

I’m Still Paying Attention

A few of my online friends and social media followers have asked if I’m still watching current events and following other topics that have pretty much made me who I am across the internet. This post is being written in an attempt to clarify a few things.

Pastor For Life

I do honestly feel that I was called by Christ to do ministry. Many that don’t believe, and even those who claim to believe, would probably call me crazy. You can view pieces of my story herehere, and here.

Growing up I wasn’t exactly a believer. I didn’t see a reason to. I had a lot of problems and all the typical arguments against God that those problems create.

I was in a few freak accidents and should have died several times. I was barely scratched on every occasion. I even had my life threatened a few times, including a gun pressed to my head. Despite all this I am still here today. And I’m thankful for it.

I don’t know exactly when it began, or what sparked it, but I began to get an interest in God. Jesus Christ in particular. It was nagging at me. No matter how hard I tried to get it off my mind, it just wouldn’t leave me. I remember spending hours in the book store comparing Bible translations. I wanted to be sure I had the right version.

I even began to change as a person. I used to be a bad ass. I walked around with a real attitude, didn’t care about anything, and listened to mainly rock, punk, and metal. As this interest in Christ grew, I found myself calming down and listening to Irish and Gaelic music, country, and gospel.

It wasn’t too long before people noticed. How could they not? All I could talk about is Jesus and the Bible. As time went, my studies intensified. They continued to get deeper following the founding of Spiritual Messiah Ministries. As deeper truth’s were discovered, I incorporated them into the message being preached through the ministry.

The ministry being founded was a direct response to Jesus calling me into ministry. I had decided I can’t run forever.

During the past few years of the ministry, I learned a lot, grew a lot, and met many people. A few of which I’m still friends with.

Most of the the past few years, ministry was full-time for me (aside from the occasional side job). I was also heavy into news and politics. I’m able to see things many can’t. Including the lies that nationally and internationally known names are spewing that the masses are soaking up as truth.

Ministry became an obsession for me. I believe it to be a mission of mine to bring awareness to the fallacies and heresies believed by the masses, expose those that are knowingly decieving the populace, and correct the views people have of Jesus and Christianity. It’s a large task, but it’s a calling I was given.

I’m here for a reason. I will never stop doing what I do best, and that is ministry. It’s part of who I am. And I can’t let Jesus down either. I firmly believe that people are called to a task because Jesus knows they are capable of it. Who am I to call Jesus a liar and quit?

However, these past few years took their toll on me as well. I’m relatively poor, so it’s not like I can take a week a year off and go on vacation. The only thing I have is my ministry and the few side ventures that I’ve tried. I basically spend all day everyday in ministry, whether I’m preaching, teaching, counselling, or studying.

Several times I wanted to just give up. I was exhausted, depressed, and spinning my tires in the mud. I’d get a little push to keep going, and I would. The cycle just continued as my personal life problems just continued to mount. There’s a lot going on that I don’t talk about online.

Before I completely burnout, I decided to take a break from news and politics. I’m being informed from various people of key stories, and I am following stories of importance. But that’s about it. I’m not diving into all the headlines and getting mixed feelings when I see the prophecy timeline playing out. This is why you see less posts from me across social media concerning such matters.

But I am still here. I was called into ministry by Jesus Himself. I then recieved my legal ordination and doctorate in divinity, and founded Spiritual Messiah Ministries. Spiritual Messiah Ministries and I are going no where. I will always be in ministry and Spiritual Messiah Ministries will always be open to those seeking information and a place to fellowship with Jesus.

Starting A New Venture

Just as all of you, I too have bills and other expenses that need to be paid. This is why I do side jobs when I can. I need the extra money. I barely survive in food and supplies. I have no money for new clothes or car repairs. And this is without owning a television and computer. Unlike common belief, not all pastors are rich.

I wouldn’t have needed to launch a business to try and bring in extra money, just to watch it close after only 1 1/2yrs, if I had enough funds coming in. Bottom line is, I don’t.

So I’m taking this time away from being drenched in news, politics, and my studies, to start a new business. This is what I have been working on the past few weeks. It’s an easy business to get started, but it takes a lot of time to get going.

Once things are set, and I feel comfortable with how everything is going, I will even out my time between my business and the ministry. You will still see me promoting the business, but you will also see more news/politics and how it relates to prophecy and end times. Basically, you’ll see what you used to but less of it as I mix my business into it.

There will be an even flow of current events and business promotion.

I’m hoping this business is successful. Getting started, the business will be part-time and the ministry will be part-time. The more success I see in business, the more time I will have available to put into my studies and the overall ministry.

The ministry is important to me. It’s a part of me. But I need to be here to practice it, and teach and preach. Without a secure flow of income, I won’t be able to pay my bills or eat. Right now my income isn’t steady. I’m hoping the business will solve the problem of steady income.

I’m not going anywhere. I didn’t completely disappear. I simply shortened how much time a day I spend in ministry, news, and politics to help fight burnout. During this time, I’m starting a business to help generate a steady income so that I can continue the ministry.

I was called into ministry by Christ. I’m not leaving. I cannot and will not turn my back on Christ.

Is Cleanliness Next To Godliness?

Is cleanliness really next to Godliness?

It amazes me the responses people give. Some even suggest it has no relevance and the quote doesn’t exist. Perhaps they forget Sir Francis Bacon quoted it from an ancient Hebrew adage based on their views of the Old Testament laws.

Let’s first take a look at what Jesus said:

Matthew 23:25-27 KJV
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.

John 13:10-11 KJV
Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all. For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.

There are other mentions in New Testament as well as over 100 in the Old Testament pertaining to cleanliness. Many to this day confuse the meaning of the laws and statements, as Jesus pointed out to the Pharisees and Scribes.

Whereas outward cleanliness is important for a healthy lifestyle; but if one has inward cleanliness, outward cleanliness will come naturally. This point is made in the Bible:
Psalms 51:10 KJV
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
Psalms 73:1 KJV
Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.
Proverbs 16:2-3 KJV
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth the spirits. Commit thy works unto the Lord , and thy thoughts shall be established.

It is understandable why even the verses posted above are misunderstood by many. However, the fact of the matter is “cleanliness is indeed next to Godliness”.

If one seeks only outward cleanliness, you will appear clean to the eyes of others, but God will still be able to see your inward uncleanness. If you seek inward cleanliness, outward cleanliness becomes natural.

In todays world time seems to be less and less. That, however, is no excuse to strive for cleanliness. Inward and outward. If you need assistance achieving inward cleanliness, Spiritual Messiah Ministries can assist you in learning about Christ and how to walk with Christ. If you need assistance in outward cleanliness, and reside in North-Central Florida, Reds Janitorial Services offers a wide variety of services for your home and business.

Introduction To “UBS” Study

Introduction To “UBS” Study

UBS is the abbreviation for said study. At the end of said study, I will reveal the name in full of the source.

As a proper divine, I would not be doing my job properly if I don’t put my personal bias aside and look at all scriptures and doctrines with an open-mind to get to Spiritual Truth, and teach that Spiritual Truth so we all may grow closer to God.
Now, before you brush me off for the fact Im calling myself a “divine”, lets first understand I have my doctorate in Divinity (therefore I am a Doctor of Divinity in Western understanding). Lets also look at the definition of the word “divine”-

I am not releasing the name of the source of this study to help avoid any personal bias and false accusations of said study source. At the end of the study; after you have read what the study suggests, read my opinions, formulated your own opinions, and determined whether or not the study helped you in your walk with God; I will release the name of said study and links to it so you may obtain said source yourself. If any of you know of said source as the study commences, please keep it to yourself. Do not post the name of said source until the end of the study.

I ask that you all take this journey with me. Take a look at the suggested concepts and ideas, and leave your opinions in the comment section of each post of the study.

I feel that, from what I have accomplished thus far in said study, said source is helping my personal understanding of the Bible, God, and all that is. I feel it may help you as well. My opinions posted in each part of said study may or may not be my final feeling on the matter. I’ll be writing (or recording video) as I go, so it’s inevitable that some concepts may not have long enough to settle in my mind so a final thought or feeling can be reached. All of your thoughts and opinions are welcome. Part of the reason of taking this study with you is so that we may learn together, teach each other. If any of you come to an understanding I am missing, I would like for you to help me see it.

Each post on this study will be around the weekend. Each post will contain the tag [UBS #]; UBS being the abbreviation of the study and # being the number of the post, as to keep the posts in order and organized.

Some new and non-institutional concepts are going to be introduced, compared to the Bible, looked at with logic, and commented on. Whether or not you agree with these concepts are completely irrelevant. The purpose of this study is not whether you or I agree with the said study or with each other, but to help bring us closer to each other as brethren and ultimately closer to God. Your participation in this study is welcome and will be greatly appreciated.

First UBS post coming soon.

The Great Misunderstanding

Im getting tired of being misunderstood due to ignorance and being threatened for preaching Truth.

The Hated Minister And Ministry

Myself personally and Spiritual Messiah Ministries are on a rough ride. I know many of you that are reading this right now never heard of me or Spiritual Messiah Ministries before, but in a just a years time more than 200,000+ people internationally have. I seem to be becoming the most mis-understood and hated minister of the most mis-understood and hated ministry.

I founded this ministry under the guidance of Jesus Christ. The truth is, it was the farthest thing from my mind to become a minister, let alone run a ministry. It happened under the guidance of Jesus and alot of studying and hard work. Don’t misunderstand what I’m saying here. Im not leaving ministry or ministerialhood. This is more of a rant than anything else.

You see, we are in End Times. Many people are being lied to and falling for the deceptions. I am one of many individuals Jesus has chosen to get the Truth out to His people and bring His people out of the lies. At Spiritual Messiah Ministries we have a unique way of preaching that many do not understand for one reason or another. I find this ironic as I use the same methods in Spiritual Messiah Ministries as Jesus had in His ministry 2,000yrs ago. I do not use mainstream methods nor does Spiritual Messiah Ministries preach the heretic belief of “universalism” (any and all can be saved).

For this reason, we are attacked on all sides. But we’re not worried about that. For one Jesus was persecuted and we are no better than He. If Jesus Himself was persecuted, why should we feel anything different would happen to us. Lets see what Jesus has to say about persecution.
Matthew 5:11 KJV
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

So you see we are not worried about being persecuted. Actually I was expecting and told my team what to expect before they joined Spiritual Messiah Ministries. The fact we are being persecuted is because of two things: 1) The masses have fallen for mainstream heresy and refuse to see Truth and 2) people that are awake refuse to join Jesus’ army and either sit and do nothing or knowingly fight for the enemy.

Peoe just dont seem to like Truth. Why? Ive determined people don’t like Truth because its not the “popular” or “cool” belief. Two-thousand years ago Truth was a rebel idea. It seems as though Truth once again has become the ideology of the rebel. We are not supposed to be concerned with worldy things or matters. But lo, everyone is concerned with matters of this world and a paganized version of Christianity. In so doing, people are quick to judge myself and Spiritual Messiah Ministries. They fail to realize judgement is for Jesus and Jesus alone. They also fail to realize there is but one Truth. Truth is a narrow path.

I bring the Truth to the people via Spiritual Messiah Ministries the same way Jesus had with His ministry. I shed Light into the darkness same as the Apostles had. It would be nice if people weren’t so quick to judge us, but instead remove your blinders and cotton-swabs so that you may see and hear. Time is almost up. Wouldn’t you much prefer to be with Jesus than Satan?

Myself and Spiritual Messiah Ministries are loved by few and hated by many. I am going to say that based on the level of hate aimed at myself and the ministry, we must be doing something right.

Minister: Not A “Real” Job?

Who would have that being a minister would be so much hard work? Many people believe all there is to being a minister is preaching on Sunday. Some may even realize many hours go into the preparation for the Sermon. But does anyone really understand what it means to be a minister?

People talk about “Part-Time” and “Full-Time” ministers. Everyone says if a minister need support himself/herself to get a “real” job. When did being a minister become a part-time gig? When did being a minister become a “fake” or “unnreal” job? In the Bible, it states the people are to help the minister. Whether it be financially, supplies, etc. Why? Because being a minister is a 24/7 position. People have always expected the minister to be there no matter the day of the week nor the time of day/night.

Im not suggesting is wrong for a minister to have a job on the side. What I am saying is wrong is this attitude “modern” society has towards ministers. No respect. You can NOT call yourself an Israelite (Jew/Christian) if you are not living as God commanded. Yes, there are many false-prophets out there who abuse ministry in the name of greed. But please don’t relate false-prophets and sinners to the true prophets and the righteous. Do as God asks, not as Satan dictates.

Many ministers (including myself) are forced into second and third jobs to help pay the bills. Running a ministry is expensive. Particulary if that ministry is a “Free Church” (no government assistance/breaks). My ministry is based in the poorest town of the poorest county in the country (going by government statistics). Many of my congregants have nothing to offer up financially (when they try, in most cases I refuse it) because they’re struggling hard. Twice in the past 6 weeks I went with minimal food in my home to help a family keep food in their home for their children. Instead of giving financially, they offer their trade. One is a tree-surgeon and removed a tree before it fell on my house. Another is a mechanic and fixed my brake system in my car. Another is a fisher-man and supplies fish every so often to my home and the ministry to given to those who need food. It is these people that understand what God asked of them. They offer what they can when they can.

But most people do not. They figure a church or ministry automatically recieves such items and should readily have it available for the taking. They don’t seem to understand that the only money that comes into the church/ministry for the bills to be paid and to make such services available comes from their donations, payment on ceremonies, fundraisers, and the sale of any items the church/ministry might stock. Nor do they understand, in order to make such services available, it takes time to setup and contact distributors; preparing a ceremony takes time; preparing a sermon takes time; payroll for any staff takes time; most ministers recieve calls all day and night everyday (some which can last hours, especially if the person is calling with an emergency requiring counselling); etc.

Many ministers I know (myself included) find themselves also counselling people at their second-job. People will actually show up where they work to speak to the minister. In some cases it’s the ministers co-workers. As I said before, back in NY at the 7eleven I worked at, people showed up not to buy anything, but for counselling and to hear me preach. A minister is truly a 24/7 position. Being a minister entails alot of continual study, work, being on-call 24/7. It is very exciting and joyful position, but stressful nonetheless. Being a minister and truly living a life of ministerialhood is one of the most demanding jobs, and in my opinion the most real and true a job can get. If working for God isn’t a real job, than no job is a real job.

People need to realize once again what it truly means to be a minister and what it truly means to be an Israelite (Jew/Christian). The majority of people today, particularly in the west, have no right to call themselves believers of Truth. They are believing in the heresy taught in the mainstream, in so doing allowing the piece of paper (or plastic) with monetary value to become their god. By idolizing money, they are allowing greed to determine what a “real” job is. By idolizing money, they are also allowing the self to be more important in their lives than God. By not allowing Jesus into their daily lives, they are allowing themselves to live in a perverse reality created by Satan.

I feel it is time people really need to look at how they treat ministers before they whine someone else is treating them the same way. Most ministers take the beating in hopes of getting through to people. God did not say for us to stick around abusers and non-believers lest we become as they are. We are to preach the Gospel and plant the seed. If people refuse the message, it is then time to wipe the dust from your feet and move on.

It is time people either accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, allow His Spirit to take home in their hearts, allow Jesus in their daily lives, read the Bible, fellowship at a True Church/Ministry and leave the house of lies and deceit behind; or accept eternal damnation. It is time for ministers to realize when a planted seed isn’t growing and isn’t going to and acknowledge the spawn of Satan for what He/She is and move on, realize Jesus wasnt lieing when He said you can’t worship two masters and make a decision between serving God or government, realize that we do have the right to go around roadblocks (if someone or something is hindering your work for God, it is time to move on).

It is time Israelites (Jews/Christians) stop bashing each other and come together and work together as the family that we are. We are all children of God, we are all brothers and sisters. Instead of attacking each other, we should be attacking Satan and his spawns walking the earth trying their hardest to keep us away from the Truth and the Light that is Jesus Christ.

It is time people show a little more respect and understanding to ministers. It is in no way an easy job. The only way we can do our jobs and concentrate on ministry is through the understanding and co-operation from the you. The only time a minister should need a second-job is a) He/She chooses to or b) financial offerings are not enough to cover the costs of the ministry and his/her living (providing the people are donating honestly, not greedily). A second-job should be just that, SECOND. Nothing should come before the work we were called to by God. If someone cannot make financial donations, but has atleast an hour of time a week, that person should ask the minister what job can be done during that hour so while the minister may have to have a part-time job to help pay the bills, the ministry is still functioning.

If people can come to realize how much work and stress is involved in ministry and co-operated with each other it would make life easier and less stressful for everyone involved. Those who are angry towards the minister because they themself feels they need to make monetary tithes and cannot afford to, would instead realize they can donate their trade or time (if only an hour), they would be less angry because they are still tithing and the minister would feel less stressed needing to work a second job because the other tasks (such as paying the bills, payroll for any staff, cleaning the church/ministry and the grounds, organizing fundraisers, etc) are still getting done.

Everyone involved needs to realize spirituality is supposed to be worked into our daily lives. God is supposed to be involved in our lives 24/7/365. We are supposed to be functioning as the family we are. The entire community should be involved with the tasks of the ministry and each other. We are supposed to be working together, not against each other.

Give what I mentioned above some thought and share your thoughts. I would like to know what everyones opinions are on this. Thankyou and God Bless.
